We are a growing co-packing company based in Northampton recruiting an Operations Administrator to assist in the planning and overseeing of various internal operations.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling routine correspondence.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately input and maintain records in databases. Ensure data integrity and completeness for efficient tracking and reporting.

Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between different departments, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Distribute information and updates as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the operations workflow. Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements that drive efficiency.

Document Management: Maintain and organize documents and other essential materials. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics for various operational activities. This may include scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and liaising with external vendors.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions.


Qualifications:

Previous Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role. Experience in a similar industry is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Experience with databases is an advantage.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
