Role:


  • Understand the clients requirements and SEFirst's contractual obligation to the client
  • Provide a data management service in line with the SE First contract
  • Liaison with suppliers to obtain missing invoices
  • Support in invoice data completness
  • Downloading invoices from supplier's portals
  • Support to increase in electronic data
  • Support escalation of change of tenancies


It's essential that you are able to manage a fast-paced work environment and can adapt quickly when an account needs specific attention to avoid any disconnections.

Being able to prioritise and organise your work is of the upmost priority.


We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data and systems has an excellent eye for detail and is passionate about process efficiencies, with great people liaison skills as we'll expect you to build good relationships with energy suppliers.

You need to be technically minded, good at Excel and someone who takes a pride in their work, seeing a job done accurately and efficiently whilst being a great team player.

Ideally, you'll be in the energy industry already, with bags of enthusiasm and a good base of industry knowledge. Being good with people, numerate and able to learn new systems and processes quickly goes without saying.

Experience is preferable but not necessary.
