This is a B2B sales opportunity.

We are looking for 2 direct sales professionals to join our existing team.

Salary £21-23k per annum, dependant upon interview/experience PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION plus performance bonus (Realistic OTE £40k in the first 12 months)

Repeat sales/relationship building will see sales and OTE grow accordingly in years two and three.

The Sales Process

The successful applicant will be communicating at a high level with Managing Directors and business proprietors throughout the private sector to ensure successful delivery of our products.
The sales process involves relationship building, identifying needs and selling the right project to benefit specific schools.
Ensuring that all customers receive an excellent, well organised service with all sales processes completed to a high standard.

Key Attributes of the Successful Applicant

Positive and excited to build a successful sales career
Tenacious, hardworking and personable

Office based with set hours Monday to Friday (9-5 Monday to Thursday and - 4 Fridays)

A proven track record of success in direct sales will be an advantage.

Full product and market training will be given.
