Customer Service Advisor - Newbury, United Kingdom - Aligra
Description
We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our clients ever increasing workforce in Newbury town centre. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.
Shift Available:
- 08:00am 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- 42.5hrs per week
Pay Rate:
- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE)
Duties Include:
- Manage portfolios of highprofile clients
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Work closely alongside the Contracts Department
- Ensuring costings are completed prior to final invoicing
- Complete monthly reports
Skills Required:
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 1year minimum experience in customer service
- Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing
- Excellent organisational skills
- GCSE Mathematics and English is essential
- Flexible approach to work
- Driving Licence would be an advantage
