Description

We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our clients ever increasing workforce in Newbury town centre. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.

Shift Available:


  • 08:00am 17:00pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 42.5hrs per week

Pay Rate:

- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE)


Duties Include:


  • Manage portfolios of highprofile clients
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Work closely alongside the Contracts Department
  • Ensuring costings are completed prior to final invoicing
  • Complete monthly reports

Skills Required:


  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 1year minimum experience in customer service
  • Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • GCSE Mathematics and English is essential
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Driving Licence would be an advantage
