MaternityPerinatal Pelvic Health Service Administrator

The maternity unit at Hillingdon is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our small friendly team as our Pelvic Health Service Administrator.

You will need to be welcoming and empathetic to all those you come into contact with.

The post holder will work collaboratively with the Perinatal Pelvic Health team and be primarily responsible for providing project, transformation and administrative support contributing to the development and promotion of perinatal pelvic health service.

The post holder will be responsible for outpatient appointments and the coding of notes on discharge, will ensure accurate and up-to-date information is entered into the hospital information system, be responsible for maintaining data quality within relevant data bases and coordinate and support multidisciplinary team meetings.
