As a Plumber you will provide a high quality and efficient maintenance service within the regional domestic and social housing market.


Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will also be required to work in surrounding areas.
The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday. You will also be a part of the emergency call out rota.

More about you
You will be an experienced and competent Plumber that is known for your high-quality work. You will also have strong basic joinery skills.

  • A driving licence is essential
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in plumbing
  • Basic plastering skills and certification to carry out work on unvented cylinders would also be desirable
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
  • As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
