Your dynamic contributions will be key as we gear up for a launch and implement lots of new processes and frameworks.
What You Will Do:
Receptionist Extraordinaire:
Deliver exceptional service to all guests, embodying our values of kindness and inclusivity.
Office Management Maestro:
Ensure seamless office operations, collaborating with maintenance teams and upholding health and safety standards. Be the go-to person for operational inquiries and issues, keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine. Manage inventory levels and restocking of essentials, from stationery to office snacks and cleaning supplies.
Executive Support Guru:
Assist in managing the diaries of our Leadership Team, facilitating efficient scheduling and coordination. Craft engaging content and assist with documentation to enhance communication efforts.
Play a crucial role in our onboarding process for new team members, building rapport from their first interview to their first day.
