Secondary School Teaching Assistant

Pay:
£75 - £95 Per Day


Working Day: 08:1- 15:30

Justteachers Recruitment Agency are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work Full Time in one of our fantastic partner schools in Sheffield, to help support the teacher lead the class and manage behavioural difficulties on a group and 1:1 basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide small group and 1:1 support to students who need additional support.
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering effective lessons.
  • Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the Teacher.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that supports the student's wellbeing.
  • Adapt to different learning styles catering to all the pupils needs.

Person Specification:


  • Experience working in a secondary school environment.
  • Familiar with classroom management strategies.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
  • Experience working with SEN children is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
