Reporting to the European Agency lead, this newly created role will support TD SYNNEX's country marketing services teams in developing data driven, digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes using modern marketing techniques.

As our Marketo specialist, you will not only have a deep technical knowledge of marketing automation but also possess strong digital marketing and demand generation skills.

Responsibilities:

Support and train the country marketing teams with the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated marketing campaigns across multiple audience segments using the Marketo platform.
Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with the Marketo architecture.
Champion new techniques using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, points within the customer journey, content development, engagement strategies and conversions
Lead the process of best practice sharing to optimise the effectiveness of campaigns whilst identifying areas of improvement in execution
Help teams to develop and maintain campaign flows that successfully move prospects through the customer journey.
Ensure performance of digital marketing campaigns are assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Engage with the European data teams on use of data for campaigns

Requirements:

35 years' experience of working in a digital marketing role, executing digital marketing campaigns and applying, and analysing performance metrics
Relevant digital marketing qualifications, ideally Marketo certified.
Practical experience in managing all technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration
A committed team player with excellent communication skills
The ability to work with virtual teams in a collaborative and friendly manner
Creative with an analytical approach to data.
Engage with the European data teams on use of data for campaigns
