Fantastic opportunity to join this large, highly successful and widely respected Personal Injury Team.

Whether you are newly qualified or have up to 3 years' post qualifying experience this is a great role to make your mark and run your own caseload of personal injury matters including, RTA, EL/PL, medical negligence and industrial disease.

You should be confident assessing claims and be able to decide whether to move to litigation stage.

You shall also be highly organised and have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients, medical experts, other solicitors and thirdparty insurers.

In addition to managing your own caseload you shall provide support, training and mentoring to less experienced team members and assist with more complex cases.

If you are just beginning your career it's vital you have gained solid exposure to personal injury matters during your traineeship.
