    Senior Operations Manager Role

    We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Channels team and drive strategic projects across the business.

    This role involves expanding our presence across booking platforms, conducting strategic pricing experiments, and implementing innovative revenue optimisation strategies.

    The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for day-to-day channel operations, tackle complex integration challenges, and collaborate with diverse functions to deliver growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Expand Channels: Develop and execute strategies to grow our reach across booking platforms. Oversee seamless onboarding, API integrations, and functionality.
    2. Optimise Revenue: Experiment with pricing strategies to maximise nightly revenue, balancing occupancy with profitability.
    3. Track Performance: Analyse metrics to identify underperformance and implement data-driven solutions.
    4. Streamline Processes: Refine team workflows to enhance productivity and achieve quarterly OKRs.
    5. Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team.
    6. Drive Strategic Projects: Oversee impactful initiatives that boost efficiency, revenue, and client satisfaction.
    7. Harness Data: Leverage tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    8. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Operations, Guest Experience, and Marketing teams to align on and execute channel strategies.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
    2. Experience with pricing strategy and revenue optimisation.
    3. A track record of managing complex projects and collaborating across teams.
    4. Proven experience managing an operations team.
    5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL.
    6. A passion for driving growth, improving processes, and delivering results.
