A prestigious US law firm is looking to hire a new Senior L&D Coordinator / Junior Manager to join the growing firm on a permanent basis.

This a newly created standalone role and will offer a huge amount of responsibility and autonomy for someone to implementpositive changes to the team.

Salary of up to £60,000 is on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.

Responsibilities will include overseeing training session content, working with the HR team on logistics, attendance and feedback on speakers, working with the Director of Administration on suitable programming and compliance training to ensure complianceof SRA regulations and suitable CPD requirements can be met for all Lawyers' annual multiple bar renewals, liaising with practice groups to plan and organise internal training programmes, working with the wider HR team to monitor logistics, attendance andfeedback on providers, acting as main point of contact for Lawyers considering external training courses, ensuring they have the correct approval to attend, liaising with training providers to keep up to date on relevant courses for our trainees and practiceareas, taking ownership of trainee reviews and development follow ups via supervisors feedback.
