Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server/Bartender who is passionate about delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with expertise and enthusiasm
Take food and beverage orders accurately, answering any questions or concerns about the menu
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in compliance with the restaurant's recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and accountability
Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure guest safety at all times
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server and bartender in a highvolume restaurant or bar
Extensive knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks is a plus
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.), and evenings
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
