Seeking- IT Projects Business Analyst
Hybrid
- London/Waterloo
Roles and Responsibilities:
Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations and translate into functionality.
Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify and propose opportunities for improvement.
Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
Seek guidance from more experienced BAs and be open to learning on-the-job.
Mandatory skills:
Understanding systems engineering concepts.
Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks and tools.
Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
Close attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
2 to 4 years IT experience or related 4 year degree.
Optional skills:
Agile project experience is an asset.
Agile certifications/trainings preferred.

Cloud services in Shell are designed as highly flexible for modern workloads. The current business demands also require classic compute to move to cloud services like Azure and AWS.
This requires additional designs and services in Azure to make is as flexible for these workloads as for modern apps.
