Description
Responsible for marketing vacancies, new provisions and develop positive and strong relationships with all referring agents

  • Arrange and carry out viewings of vacant rooms with prospective clients, their families, advocates and other professionals
  • Process referrals and conduct preplacement eligibility assessments
  • Complete the Admissions Assessment Report and Placement Packs for each tenant
  • Clearly assess and establish referred client's symptoms, triggers, needs, any safety implications and financial capacity
  • Accurately record resident Supported Housing Client Form on Locata
  • Fill all the occupancies and ensure mínimal voids loss
  • Submit void analysis and meet with the Manager to regularly update
  • Arrange and attend regular meetings with the Accommodation Managers
  • Complete exit interview with clients and analyse them on a 6 monthly basis
