Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start

About Our Client:


Our client is part of the NHS family and is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.


The key responsibilities of an Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Monitoring inbox
  • Creating system accounts
  • Pulling data from the system
  • Be the first point of contact with the aim of first point resolution. This will include logging contacts, assisting with appointments and initiating written and verbal responses
  • Communicate any changes and update them directly onto the portal
  • Upload documents to our patient admin system
  • To work closely and liaise with various teams
  • To maintain all records to ensure that all critical data is completed
  • Processing referrals

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Administrator must possess the following skill set and experience;

  • Competent in IT (Microsoft Packages)
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience with data entry is highly desirable
  • General administrative / secretarial background
  • Ability to be organised and prioritise workload
  • Background working in the NHS or Public Sector and Government
  • Strong administration background
