The hotel has an opportunity available for a Host in our Sycamore Vina Cucina Restaurant.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming, Greeting and seating guests on their allocated tables.
- Delegating daily reservations and shift duties.
- Delivering an outstanding welcoming experience to our guests.
- Taking bookings for the restaurant and bars.
What we would like you to bring:
- Previous experience working in a standards' focused restaurant or hotel.
- Great communication skill and can connect with people easily.
- Approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment
If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage:
- Experience working as Host or relevant role.
- Hospitality / Tourism degree.
- Ability to speak second language.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
