Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing
- Daily Communications with customers and job sites
- Data entry
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Hotel Bookings
- Coordinating office shift rota
- Account set ups & training customers on our inhouse database (you will receive full training).
- Contract Management
- Scheduling Vehicle Maintenance and obtaining quotes where needed.
- Assisting with purchasing and debt chasing
- Running weekly and monthly reports
- Monitoring KPI targets
- Ensuring company processes and procedures are up to date and being followed.
- Logging expenses
- Document reviews / assisting with ISO & Safe Contractor renewals
- Supporting the bookings team during holiday periods
- General support role to the management team.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of UK postcodes and logistics would be highly beneficial.
- You must have a driving license as our offices are not accessible by public transport
