We are recruiting a Marketing/ Content Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.

Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

We are a Specialist Dental group with our headquarters in Stroud Gloucestershire.

We have a strong brand locally and our award winning team offers all aspects of excellent dental care in both our convenient locations.

We are expanding fast with Clinics opening in Cheltenham and Swindon in 2023.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone looking for their first management position.


Content/Marketing Executive job specification:

Your will be responsible to the Senior management team.

• Develop content strategy aligned with shortterm and longterm marketing targets
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize content according to SEO
• Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Stay uptodate with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
• Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities and campaigns

Personal specification

• Proven work experience as a Content creator
• Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and timemanagement skills
• No previous experience in dentistry or health care is necessary
• Experience in a service sector would be desirable

Industry and management training will be given

Salary Dependent on experience and qualifications

Full UK driving licence

Hours - Full time 39.5 hours per week

Permanent Monday-Friday
