We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for a Project Manager
We are looking for 3 project managers, one for the Building Safety Team, one for Mechanical and Engineering projects and one for general project management to join the Major Works Team at Enfield Council.
PM for Building Safety:
- Will be managing the implementation of FRA actions
- Has to be familiar with the management of contractors for passive fire safety works
- Knowledge of building regulations, approved document B, social housing and the regulatory reform fire safety order
- Experience in budget control
PM for Mechanical and Engineering:
- Experience in delivering mechanical and engineering projects such as lifts, door entry, alarms, communal heating (including Ground Source Heat Pumps) and water tanks
- Contract management and budget control and reporting
Generic PM:
- Managing a project from inception to completion
- Undertaking a number of precontract activities such as developing specifications, procurement of contracts including Mechanical and Engineering contracts, Fire Safety and Decency Contracts
- Report writing and experience with Leasehold Services consultation
