A family-owned company delivering 'green services' throughout Great Britain. Activities include grounds management, landscaping, countryside/estates management, horticulture and arboriculture.

Founded in 1989, we have had a long and successful history in providing grounds maintenance services to local authorities and other private sector customers.

We are proud of our reputation as a high-quality service provider and in addition to grounds maintenance, delivers a wide range of green services including countryside and estate management, landscaping, tree services and arboriculture.


Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Grass cutting
  • Hedge cutting
  • Bedding display and maintenance
  • Shrub bed maintenance
  • Machinery maintenance
  • Weeding
  • Sports pitch marking
  • Bowls and cricket pitch maintenance

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE's, or equivalents in maths and English are desired but not essential

Future prospects

  • Permanent Full-Time roles and Career Progression
  • We have a number of specialist Arboriculture contracts requiring teams of Arborists, Senior Arborists and Managers.

Training:


  • Full training to be provided by the employer and KEITS at the place of employment.
  • The applicant will be working towards and gain a Level 2 Horticulture and Landscape Operative Apprenticeship.
  • The learner will be allocated an industry specific training consultant who will provide both remote and on site visits throughout the apprenticeship.
  • The apprentice will work towards an End Point Assessment (EPA) at the end of their apprenticeship.
  • You will also need to achieve Level 3 award in Emergency First Aid at Work and Level 2 Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides Guidance or Level 2 Award in the Safe Use of Pesticides before undertaking the End Point Assessment.
