J.C. Trophies are a modern trophy company with a twist of the traditional. We design and manufacturer our own trophies and have been doing so for over 40 years.


We are looking for a content creator that focusses on design to help with the design of our products, the printing and also social media.

A really varied role for any practical creative out there.


We are looking for a talented Content Creator with a focus on design to assist with day to day artwork requirements, website administration, print shop management & social media updates - all within our small, friendly & thriving business.

We are soon launching a new bespoke medal & award website which will bring with it more demand for artwork services, hence our need to invest in this skill.


The core role will be creative/graphic based, however as part of the apprenticeship your job will also include assisting on the production floor making trophies, engraving, putting medals together.


We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic employee with a can-do attitude that is willing to be flexible to suit the business needs.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include;

  • Artwork creation for medals, belts, custom awards


  • Product design

  • We are really keen for people to create new products for us.
  • Managing social media and creating promotional posts
  • Uploading and managing content for the website.
  • Artwork updates and managing customer proofing through to approval
  • Website Administration
  • Involvement in blog creative and social media creative
  • At peak times production work building trophies/medals/engraving
  • Learning to set up print jobs and coordinate production of print
  • General Admin and making sure they maintain processes
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures put forward by the company.
  • Assisting with customer orders and ensuring orders are correct.
  • Working on apprenticeship work taking time to ensure you pass the course and dedicate time to it.
Entry requirements

Yoo need to have a GCSE in MAths and English at grade C/4 or above.

Training to be provided

Digital Content Creator - Level 3 Standard


Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry.

You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.


Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training

Things to consider

Basic knowledge of photoshop and illustrator with a portfolio of work or examples.
This is a printer so is a more industrial environment, you will need to work to deadlines and be dedicated to working in different areas of the business
