Cancer Family History Service.

The Cancer Care Coordinator will work with site specific multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) helping patients navigate their way through pathways, supporting delivery of excellent care for patients with cancer.

The role may involve some contact withpatients, families and carers, therefore, good listening and communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and a flexible "can do" approach are essential.
