Marketing Assistant


A progressive, award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to support them with various admin tasks based out of their Ealing office.


The Company


The marketing assistant will be joining a consultancy that offers various consultancy services, quantity surveying, building surveying, health and safety and more over multiple sectors.

The management assistant will support the Public Sector Team.


The Marketing Assistant
As the marketing assistant you will be required to:

  • Assist with social media management
  • Data entry
  • Data cleansing
  • Website administration
  • Use of Mailchimp
  • Coordinate events and support office manager with staff events
  • Assist with the tender process, proofreading documents to ensure they adhere to company standards
  • Pretender forms

The Marketing Assistant will be:


  • Highly organized
  • Looking to begin your marketing career
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Creative

In Return

  • Salary: £22,000 £27,000 salary dependent
  • Pension
