The Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Responding in a friendly, supportive, helpful and timely manner to all business partners and customers
- Ensuring the complete and effective resolution of immediate queries or concerns at the first point of contact
- Proactively taking ownership of any concerns to deliver the appropriate solution, and making recommendations to improve their performance
- Maintaining the inhouse database and chasing missing information and effectively liaising with internal and external departments
The Person
Due to the nature of this Customer Service Advisor role, strong customer service experience is required.
This can be within any industry - retail, hospitality, contact centre - it really doesn't matter as long as you demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with bags of empathy.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday shifts between 8.00 a.m p.m. and 1 in 4 Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (37 hours) and will include Bank Holidays.
After 3-months of office-based training (which has onsite parking and is easily accessible on public transport), you will have the flexibility to work from home up to 60% of the week (and will be provided with a financial 'comfort' package to ensure you have all the equipment you need).
