Can you support KS1 pupils preparing to take their SATs towards the end of the academic year?
- Teaching Assistant
- Immediate start until July 2024
** 1:1 and small group support for low ability pupils
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a creative outlet and a drive to support KS1 pupils 1-2-1 and with small group intervention sessions in order to raise attainment levels.
Our wonderful team of teacher is built on enthusiasm and a love for learning, we aim to help all our pupils be the best they can.
A Teaching Assistant is required at this fantastic 2-form entry primary school in Solihull, where the staff are incredibly supportive and will go above and beyond to assist you in your learning and day to day support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a C or 4 in GCSE English and Maths
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding of child development and different learning styles.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to student welfare
