  • Band 6 £15, 079 rising to £16, 715 p.a. after a successful 3 month probationary period. Additional Shift pay of 22%

The role


The role is to support the on-duty shift team in taking fault calls, scheduling reactive and corrective maintenance, rescheduling incomplete reactive work and carrying out routine administration task such as key management, supporting permit processes and attaching of documentation to Maximo Work Orders.

Accountabilities

  • First contact for all colleagues and contractors entering the Engineering Office.
  • Manage key booking in/out system.
  • Issuing and closing of permits.
  • Log all reactive faults in Maximo, ensuring all mandatory information is captured such as the priority, Asset information, caller contact details, work group.
  • Plan reactive and corrective works for all on duty teams, both directly employed labour and contractor employed labour.
  • Ensure all incomplete work orders are rescheduled.
  • Reschedule all work and update Maximo Calendars for absent colleagues.
  • Raise follow on work orders in alignment with Maximo process.
  • Call out 3rd Party support when required in line with contract agreements and see through to resolution of work order.
  • Updating of work logs when an update on a job comes in, including ETA of 3rd Party.
  • Get updates from contractors if reactive and corrective work orders are not closed.
  • Deliver updates to stakeholders' queries regarding faults raised.
  • Attaching of documentation to Maximo work orders.
  • Maintain data quality in Maximo, informing Data Records Team of any incorrect Asset and Location data.
  • Respond to any Maximo or Resource Management System queries from colleagues.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks in support of the duty Engineering Duty Manager, to include but not limited to; Updating of EDM Report, information for EDMs Meetings.
  • Other general support for the Asset Maintenance department as required.
