We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor based in our office in Leeds city centre. Our mission is to revolutionise organisations using drone technology.The customer service team covers all aspects of after sales activity.
We are looking for a customer service advisor with previous experience in a varied customer service or operational role who has enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll love a challenge in a performance driven organisation that's determined to be the best in the world - no compromise.
You'll have a passion for delighting customers, understand the concept of first-time resolution and be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.
What would your day to day look like?
- Build strong relationships with our customers whilst providing a flawless customer experience
- Actively improve the customer journey through proactive customer contact
- Anticipate any issues that may occur and act to reduce customer impact
- Take ownership of any problems that may occur including logging complaints and completing corrective actions
- Book in, pick and ship out stock ensuring 100% accuracy
- Promote the COPTRZ brand, request, review and respond to feedback
- Accurately input order information into our CRM displaying excellent attention to detail
