We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioner Apprentice to join our team who can provide a hands-on, fun, creative and an innovative environment for children

At
LA Kiddicare we provide a high standard of care and early year's education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

We provide a friendly, caring, simulating and safe environment where children will interact with a range of different activities to meet the child's individual needs.

Working Week:

Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts) 37.5 hours per week.

Salary:
£5.50 per hour (Higher than most apprentice wages)

Apprenticeship Details:

You will be working towards your Level 3 Early years Educator qualification across a duration of 19 months.

No classroom learning, all apprenticeship delivery to be done online/ virtual, through LMP Education (Rated 3rd best training provider across the UK).

Responsibilities of the Apprentice:

Plan exciting, motivating learning opportunities for children.
Analyse and create next stages of child's learning.
Undertake all daily nursery duties under supervision of a mentor.
Contribute to preparing the nursery environment to create an enabling environment to learn.
Working closely with families to fully understand children's cultural capital, so planned learning is effective, and highly engaging.
