At our Academy we have a Nursery provision and classes from Reception to Year 6.

We have extensive grounds and a range of facilities, from a large sports field and outdoor learning area, two all-weather playgrounds and a large self-contained library.

At our Academy, we believe that it is important to extend learning outside the classroom as much as possible.

Norwich Road Academy is part of the Eastern Multi-Academy Trust family.

Skills & Experience

  • Level 2 qualification in both English and Maths of grade A
  • C (or equivalent)
  • A TA qualification or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience of working in an education setting, classroom management and working with children of a relevant age is essential.
  • A calm and clear communicator.
  • A good knowledge of safeguarding regulations.
  • A positive role model who is able to make positive relationships with children.
  • A dedicated individual, who is hardworking and aspirational for our young people.
