Description
Diploma in Administration or equivalent experience. RSA 3 Word Processing or equivalent demonstrable experience of Word Processing. Knowledge and experience of a full range of administrative services acquired through training and relevant experience. Good standard of education Ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office packages to produce reports and documents.Significant experience of providing administrative support at a senior level.
Excellent word processing skills (including audio transcription)with Experience of committee work, including inviting attendees,venues, preparation of agendas, collation of reports and minute taking.
Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload effectively.Interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills - proven ability to establish and enhance effective working relationshipsat all levels Able to communicate with staff at all levels, both written and oral
