Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant position within the Executive team based in Bristol.


As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our executives.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, enabling our leadership team to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth.


Regular interfaces with Executive Directors and their PA's and other senior Band A and Band B managers across the business and in addition deal with senior executives of external organisations.


If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.

Main Responsibilities

Calendar and Time Management:


  • Manage and maintain multiple executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
  • Prioritise and coordinate conflicting schedules to ensure optimal time allocation.
  • Remind and prepare executives for upcoming engagements.

Travel Coordination:


  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas, taking into consideration travel preferences and company guidelines.
  • Anticipate potential issues and provide contingency plans to minimise disruptions during travel.

Communication and Correspondence:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executives.

Meeting and Event Support:


  • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in physical and electronic formats.

Confidentiality and Discretion:


  • Handle sensitive information and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Task Prioritisation and Proactivity:


  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Other requirements include

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional etiquette.
  • Strong working knowledge of

Microsoft Applications:
Word, Excel, OneDrive and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach and "can do" attitude to work
  • A high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
