Our team at Meallmore is searching for a Housekeeping/ Laundry Assistant to join the crew at Crimond House Care Home in the charming village of Crimond.

Crimond House is a purpose-built nursing home offering top-notch care to elderly clients, including those with dementia.

Our facility caters to frail elderly individuals and features a specialized dementia wing for providing exceptional support to residents with such conditions.

Your responsibilities as a Meallmore Housekeeping Assistant will involve:

Performing daily cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to uphold a safe and hygienic environment.
Managing laundry duties and ensuring proper handling of residents' belongings.
Keeping resident rooms and common areas stocked and organized.
Following infection control protocols and safety measures to safeguard the well-being of our residents.
Effectively communicating with residents and colleagues to meet their needs and address any issues.
Completing daily cleaning schedules and related documentation.

Skills and Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.
