Job Summary

  • To support the Finance team in the production and maintenance of the sales ledger & sales invoicing
  • To provide accurate & timely invoices and supporting information to our customers
  • To support the customer service and clinical teams by providing an efficient and effective service to our customers
  • To carry out a range of administrative and support activities.

Essential Job Duties

  • Through the companies bespoke systems (Health Hub & HMLO) produce data extract and excel backing sheets
  • Checking content of backing sheets (HMLO) and investigation of any exceptions
  • Maintain client information on SAP & HMLO
  • Ensure HMLO contract fees have been entered correctly for new and renewed customer contracts
  • Create customer price lists and obtain approval from Client Services Team
  • Follow up on queries raised by customers & internal departments
  • Ensure all documents and records are kept in an orderly and logical manner
  • Any adhoc finance or clerical duties as instructed by the management team.

Education and Experience Requirements

Must be PC literate in the following packages:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • SAP By Design sales ledger or similar accounting packages
  • Experience in production of high volume of transactions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
