My client is seeking a Systems Op Manager to join there team. If you have some of the following lets talk

  • Minimum 35 years' experience in Telecommunications, billing and/or customer care/relationship portfolio management
  • Proven commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to work well with external and internal customers,
  • Proven experience leading and/or managing a team

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and workaround solution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Ability to foster teamwork and partner across functional areas to deliver seamless service to customers
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
