My client is seeking a Systems Op Manager to join there team. If you have some of the following lets talk
- Minimum 35 years' experience in Telecommunications, billing and/or customer care/relationship portfolio management
- Proven commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to work well with external and internal customers,
- Proven experience leading and/or managing a team
Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and workaround solution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
- Ability to foster teamwork and partner across functional areas to deliver seamless service to customers
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
