Role Objective:


We are looking for someone to create outstanding customer confidence in the service and products offered by Let's Connect, striving to delight each customer and continually looking to exceed expectations.

This varied role will allow you to handle all customer queries including order processing, cancellations, product swaps and scheduling deliveries.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Experience in establishing and collating information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience of multitasking and prioritisation.
