£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus**We are currently recruiting a motivated Business Development Specialist who has a strong background in sales & marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead a growing fulfilment business into new market segments, maximising both their inbound andoutbound sales channels.

- Lead and develop a more active outbound sales channel the business have circa 80% of sales through an inbound pipeline
- Responsibility to develop inhouse marketing through own knowledge and growing department
- Work closely with business Directors and Head of Departments to scope and deliver business objectives
What you'll be doing:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company's products and services
- Be an active and involved part of the Tender writing team
- Research and identify new markets and predict customers needs
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients, both virtual and face to face
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a service sector environment
- Strong track record in identifying and winning new business to support business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient IT skills; particularly in MS Office & CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Prior experience in fulfilment or ecommerce logistics would be highly advantageous
