**Business Development Specialist
Bedford
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus**We are currently recruiting a motivated Business Development Specialist who has a strong background in sales & marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead a growing fulfilment business into new market segments, maximising both their inbound andoutbound sales channels.

Work closely with business Directors and Head of Departments to scope and deliver business objectives

What you'll be doing:

Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the company's products and services
Be an active and involved part of the Tender writing team
Research and identify new markets and predict customers needs
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients, both virtual and face to face

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a service sector environment
Strong track record in identifying and winning new business to support business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient IT skills; particularly in MS Office & CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
Prior experience in fulfilment or ecommerce logistics would be highly advantageous
