Description

You will have supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing change. Will hold a minimum of five O grade/Standard grade passes, including English and Maths or equivalent relevant experience.

Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills are essential, together with the ability to manage and support the WPM team to deliver effective services across NHS Fife.

The ability to work to tight deadlines both on your own initiative and whilst ensuring the timely and successful performance across the WPM team is key.

Working arrangements will be ward/department, home, and office-based environments. Our office working is based in Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, and Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline.
