Lead Talent is partnering with a leading non -profit organisation in Aylesbury who are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and reinvestment.
You will be joining as an Employee Development Business Partner, working collaboratively with the Organisation Development Manager and taking a key role in supporting a range of Employee Development projects, deliver training courses and have responsibilityfor all aspects of the training cycle related to learning and development activities.
As part of this commitment to its staff and their development journey, you will be joining the Leaning and Development team to support with review and refresh of their Learning and development pathways and taking a pivotal role in identifying current andfuture learning needs.
Key projects to include will involve supporting the enhancement of their LMS systems, to redefining their induction programme to ensure toolkits for Managers to support permanence development and management.
Whilst this role is initially a fixed term contract, this role is likely to lead to a permanent contract and its an opportunity to join an organisation with real purpose and customer/community at the heart of what they do.
You must have previous learning and development and line management experience gained in a similar role, underpinned by your CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
Working mainly from home with occasional office presence at their head offices in Aylesbury working in an extremely agile and flexible working environment (core hours between 10am-4pm) plus marketing leading benefits.
