HRS Rail LTD is a specialist civils and construction company providing various services to the railway industry including a range of works throughout the South East of England.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Lydd office. This role requires strong organisational tasks, communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting office visitors and answering telephone calls directing them within the company as required.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Finance Manager as required including filing tasks and data entry etc.
  • Providing administrative assistance to Project Managers as required including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, filing, data entry.

Requirements:


  • Full clean UK driving licence is required due to office location.
  • Proven experience within an administrative role or similar role, preferably in the construction or rail industry
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines as required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment with the willingness to take on new responsibilities and learn new systems or processes as required.
  • Experience with Xero would be beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£24,000.00 per year
