You, an Administrator looking for an immediate start business support role in London, have the chance to join a well known and exciting consumer beauty brand.

You will have help with a range of administrative tasks for the next 4 months, there could be longerterm opportunities within the business after this period.

This British manufacturer of consumer products has a fun and sociable working environment, they have modern Central London offices and hybrid working.


Description

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Payments

  • Submitting purchase requisition forms to raise PO's
  • Liaising with procurement team to ensure PO's raised in a timely manner
  • Liaising with external parties to obtain quotes to support procurement process
  • Keeping PO trackers up to date
  • Goods Receipting PO's
File Maintenance

  • Saving down and renaming files to correct naming format
  • Ensuring filing system is organised and clear for all parties
  • Removing outdated/expired content from drives
Orders

  • Sending out post from the office
  • Organising all warehouse orders to third parties
  • Organising all warehouse orders to the office, ensuring stock levels are maintained in the office
  • Organising couriers
Office

  • Ensure storage areas are kept tidy
  • Ensure all deliveries are put away promptly and neatly
  • 4 x week working from office
Reporting

  • Collating reports (no analysis or Powerpoint expertise required, this would just be combining two reports into one on a biweekly basis)

Profile

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to start immediately

Job Offer
You will be rewarded with £13p/h-£16p/h.
