Job Description:


We are currently looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our team based at a leading London law firm in Canary Wharf, on a 2-year fixed term contract.


This role is hands-on, and it involves a wide range of tasks such as meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls on the switchboard, and liaising with building management to ensure that a smooth and seamless service is always provided.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8:30am and 5pm, from Mon-Fri


Salary:
£27,417


Qualifications:

A background in delivering exceptional service within a top end hospitality or corporate reception environment is desirable.
