Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests using leisure facilities
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of leisure facilities
• Set up and take down equipment for various activities
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or repairs needed
• Assist with organizing and supervising leisure activities and events

Qualifications:

• Level 2 gym instructors qualification is essential for full time positions.
• Knowledge of human anatomy to provide appropriate assistance during exercise or injury situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
• Ability to remain calm and handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling purposes
• First Aid certification is preferred but not required as training can be given.
