Internal Communications Executive

London hybrid (3/2)

£38-40K

I am currently partnered with a large National Organisation with multiple arms to the business. It is a consumer-led business with a well-known and respected household name.

They are currently on the hunt for a generalist Internal Communications Executive to join an established communication team of 25+.

This is an exciting role reporting to a senior communications manager and working on projects covering all things internal communications and engagement.

The business is on an exciting transformation journey, and you will work several campaigns supporting this process.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams working on internal communications campaigns and events.
Be the expert on internal communications and engagement for senior leaders
Support with internal communications and engagement strategies which engage internal audiences
Guide the development and delivery of our broader internal communication and engagement strategies

Key requirements:

Proven experience working in an internal communications role within a national consumerled organisation
Ability to create compelling written content for a variety of audiences and channels
Strong creative and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Experienced in a range of communications channels & tools including intranet, events, and video (Yammer)
Educated to a Degree in: Communications or equivalent or hold related professional qualifications
