Technical Account Manager - £100,000 - REMOTE

We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer to join a cloud-based Data Management business that takes pride helping business manage all their users by making smart decisions that impact that day to day work.

You will be working with some of the most talented Developers, Engineers and Directors from across the world.

Role & Responsibilities

Owning the customer solution with the ability to support and implement requested changes
Debugging any technical issues and providing feedback where necessary
Analysing customer needs and helping the customer translate their needs into technical requirements
Creating customer success plans
Providing training and solutions to the customer
Providing tailored advice where necessary to the customer
Acting as a key contact for the customer after implementing project as well as being the technical lead for the customer moving forward

Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience working in a cloud environment (Azure)
Strong experience in one or more coding languages i.e. C#, JAVA
Strong experience with protocols i.e. REST + SOAP
Strong understanding and some experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Comfortable in a customer facing environment
Strong ability to build and nurture relationship
Strong presentation experience
Strong stakeholder management experience
Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills

Benefits

Salary: £100,000
100% remote role
