The role
An opportunity has arisen for a level 2 IT Engineer to join their friendly and enthusiastic team. The role will be fast paced, include a wide range of technology and will include customer facing work. It will suit someone with a keen interest in all thingsIT and a passion for good customer service. This position also offers ongoing career-based training and development.
Essential skills/experience

  • 23 Years experience in an IT Support environment
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to use initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with nontechnical users.
  • Basic computer networking
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable skills

  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • Working knowledge of
  • Windows 10/11, system deployment
  • Office 365 platform
  • Microsoft Servers & Virtualisation
  • Wireless, IT network configuration & troubleshooting
  • Firewall Management
  • VOIP PBX Deployment & Maintenance
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused environment
  • A clean driving licence
