About The Role
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will help enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the Quantum Metric platform. You will lead customer activation through enablement and operationalization efforts, ensuring measurable business value and long-term success through our partnerships. You will serve as the digital expert to stakeholders ranging from day-to-day practitioners and power users to executives, delivering tailored training and guiding customers in applying our technology to solve key digital challenges. You will provide in-depth quantitative analysis that translates insights into action and contribute to customers achieving their digital goals. Your success will be evaluated through account retention, customer adoption, and the tangible value created in partnership with clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes: Own a book of business with key strategic accounts, acting as the primary advisor on activation and business value to help customers achieve digital goals. Consistently meet or exceed retention and renewal targets.
• Deliver Successful Activation: Design and deliver expert-level, use-case–based training across enterprise functions, enable organizations to solve digital challenges and operationalize Quantum Metric at scale. Create dashboards, reports, and alerting to monitor digital experiences.
• Surface Actionable Insights: Identify high-value opportunities for digital optimization across digital and omni-channel experiences. Provide data-driven recommendations and demonstrate contributions to customers' digital goals. Share customer wins to foster knowledge sharing.
• Lead with Product Expertise: Maintain expert mastery of the Quantum Metric platform and adopt new capabilities quickly. Create reusable applications and best practices for the broader team.
• Deliver Thought Leadership: Contribute to vertical playbooks and strategic initiatives, guiding peers and customers on industry best practices and maximizing platform value.
• Mentor and Elevate the Team: Coach new hires, mentor peers, and support customer engagements to model best-in-class consulting practices.
• Proactively Mitigate Risk Across Accounts: Anticipate renewal risks, monitor adoption and value, and design action plans to remediate deficiencies with a track record of retention in at-risk accounts.

Requirements

• Language Requirements: Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish or French) with the ability to support and communicate with customers in both.
• Experience & Background: 5+ years in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or related fields with a proven ability to translate data into business impact.
• Analytical Expertise: Ability to work with large, complex quantitative data to uncover actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Client-Facing Leadership: Comfortable engaging with customers as a subject matter expert with strong advisory skills.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication with polished presentation skills and the ability to train large audiences.
• Organization & Adaptability: Strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of balancing multiple client needs and adapting to changing priorities.
• Travel: Up to 10% of time visiting customers for onsite enablement.
