Description

Family support worker required for busy child protection team A 70/30 hybrid role to be considered Experience in parenting assessments, supervising contact, parenting support is advisable.

Knowledge of National and Directorate policies and procedures relating to children and families, including Looked After Children, child protection and their statutory base

(HCC) A knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people.

(HCC) A sound knowledge and understanding of children's social care services, including relevant statutory duties and local practice standards

Ability To Work As Part Of A Team And On Own Innitiative

Self Motivated, Flexible & Resourceful

Trustworthy and reliable

Qualification/Certification

(HCC) 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (C and above)

(HCC) A Full and Clean Driving Licence including the PCV element

Relevant professional level qualification

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 £12.02 per hour


Salary:
£11.50-£12.02 per hour


Salary:
£10.00-£12.65 per hour
