An exciting new opportunity is now available for an Internal Communications executive to work with our client in the security and defense industry.

In this role, as an Internal Communications Executive, you will report into the Senior Communications Manager and help deliver on a wide-ranging variety of internal communication projects.

Working within a global enterprise, you will be getting involvedin campaigns such as safety at work and be prepared to write and produce engaging content.

With a team size of around 10, you will feel confident in working alongside a range of stakeholders (including at senior level), you will be an excellent writer and you will be well-equipped with the skills to deliver on an Internal Communications strategy.

In assisting the Senior Communications Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and editing copy for a variety of channels (blogs, website, intranet etc.)
Working with a diverse, and sometimes hardtoreach audience
Celebrating employee success through sourcing and developing success stories
Analyse the impact and effectiveness of all communications to inform future plans

You will be able to travel to the site in Hampshire at least 2 days a week. There will also be occasional UK-based travel.
