Town Planner / Senior Planner

London - Hybrid - Full Time - Permanent
My client is a renowned independent infrastructure and property consultancy that is experiencing a period of growth due to an ever-expanding pipeline of exciting projects, and they are looking to strengthen their existing team with the addition of a TownPlanner or Senior Town Planner


Their current portfolio includes Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and other support for HS2, Transport for the North, Transport for London, iconic property developments and large urban regeneration schemes.

They are seeking enthusiastic and capableindividuals to join the Planning and Design division which consists of chartered Town Planners, EIA consultants, communication, and economic and social value specialists.


  • Have an RTPI accredited degree
  • Be MRTPI qualified or working towards qualification
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be critical thinkers with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be organised, flexible, proactive, and professional
